TL;DR
Consults with clients on software setup and benefit implementation, ensuring successful system integration and usage.
- •Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring clients successfully integrate and utilize HR technology solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the implementation process.
- •Manage the benefit implementation phase with expertise in DP (Data Processing/Payroll).
- •Test and troubleshoot the final system setup to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- •Provide ongoing support and account management for client relationships.
- •Requirements Associates degree or minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- •Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and benefit systems.
- •Strong client service and account management skills.
- •Excellent analytical, time management, and communication abilities.
