Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Evaluate and improve security posture through red/purple team engagements and penetration tests.

• •The Senior Offensive Security Engineer performs red/purple team engagements and penetration tests to evaluate and improve Huntress's security posture across products, infrastructure, and people.
• •Key Responsibilities Plan and execute red/purple team engagements and penetration tests.
• •Weaponize adversary tactics, prototype tools, and automate workflows (including generative AI).
• •Conduct social engineering campaigns and collaborate with SOC/CSIRT to improve detection.
• •Deliver technical and executive reports and lead after-action reviews.
• •Requirements 3+ years offensive security experience.
• •Deep knowledge of adversarial tradecraft and penetration testing methodologies.
• •Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and scripting.
• •Strong documentation and communication skills; macOS experience is a plus.
