About the role
Design and optimize the client onboarding experience for institutional and corporate clients.
- •Own the end-to-end client onboarding experience for institutional and corporate clients across products and currency corridors, designing scalable flows that drive time-to-first-transaction.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and maintain onboarding journeys by client segment and product.
- •Measure and reduce Time-to-First-Transaction per product and corridor.
- •Own compliance data collection UX and document submission flows.
- •Build multi-product onboarding logic and lifecycle communications.
- •Conduct ongoing discovery through interviews, data analysis, and testing.
- •Requirements 3-5 years Product Management experience owning B2B/institutional onboarding funnels.
- •Working knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB and regulatory requirements.
- •Experience with global products across multiple countries and regulations.
- •Strong data ownership and cross-functional execution skills.
