About the role

Design and optimize the client onboarding experience for institutional and corporate clients.

  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding experience for institutional and corporate clients across products and currency corridors, designing scalable flows that drive time-to-first-transaction.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and maintain onboarding journeys by client segment and product.
  • Measure and reduce Time-to-First-Transaction per product and corridor.
  • Own compliance data collection UX and document submission flows.
  • Build multi-product onboarding logic and lifecycle communications.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery through interviews, data analysis, and testing.
  • Requirements 3-5 years Product Management experience owning B2B/institutional onboarding funnels.
  • Working knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with global products across multiple countries and regulations.
  • Strong data ownership and cross-functional execution skills.
