- •Cantina Labs is a social AI company building advanced real-time models to transform storytelling and creation.
- •As an early member of the product team, you will own a significant surface area, establish processes, and coordinate with a global team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day prioritization, roadmap, and execution for Cantina’s web product.
- •Partner with the executive team to build a best-in-class, AI-first video editing experience on the web.
- •Define and iterate on video creation and editing workflows.
- •Talk to creators and users directly to gather feedback and insights.
- •Ensure the web video product is intuitive, performant, and meets creator expectations.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years in product management, ideally with 1+ years of experience in video creation tools or platforms.
- •Experience using Jira and managing a roadmap for 9+ engineers.
- •Strong understanding of consumer video products and workflows (CapCut, Instagram Reels, iMovie, TikTok, or similar).
- •Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
