• •Lead planning and execution of site development and construction for Antares reactor deployments, owning end-to-end construction strategy from design input through field execution.
• •Key Responsibilities Own construction strategy and execution for deployment sites Drive projects to completion on aggressive timelines while ensuring safety and quality Manage budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contractors Partner with design engineering to ensure constructability and site requirements Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Requirements Proven experience leading construction/site development for complex infrastructure projects Experience managing EPC and subcontractors, budgeting, and scheduling Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills Knowledge of permitting, safety, and regulatory compliance
