TL;DR
Architect data center infrastructure for AI.
- •Own the end-to-end physical implementation of the data center network.
- •Key Responsibilities Design the physical layer AGI is trained on.
- •Collaborate with CSA, MEP, and construction teams.
- •Break down DCN logical port maps into physical cross-connect and patching schedules.
- •Define cassette types and model fiber utilization.
- •Select optics by reach and loss budget.
- •Requirements Designed hyperscale or cloud-provider data center networks.
- •Expert in structured cabling systems and MPO/MTP ecosystems.
- •Deep knowledge of optical standards and transceiver technologies.
- •Command fiber loss budgets, dispersion, and testing methodologies.
- •Integrate designs into DCIM tools.
