- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site lead for the SF hub, owning the day-to-day operations, budget, and experience, and partnering with IT, People, Recruiting, Finance, and vendors to hold it to that standard Design and run employee engagement programs with clear intent: offsites, travel, onboarding experiences, and recurring in-office rituals that connect to company priorities Own the travel program end-to-end: vendor selection, rollout, documentation, and continuous improvement Requirements 6+ years in workplace ops, employee experience, or people ops in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of owning programs from idea through iteration Strong operational instincts: responsive, organized, and wired to build systems
