  • Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Requirements 6+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in a tech or fintech company.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
