- •Key Responsibilities Running our 2nd-level control program Keeping our risk mapping sharp Owning regulatory deliverables Collaborating across the business Building compliance culture Requirements 4-6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, internal control, or risk Solid hands-on knowledge of the AML/CFT framework Familiarity with the French regulatory landscape Experience operating in a 2nd line of defense role Fluent in French and English
