  • Sona is hiring its first US-based Solutions Engineer to support its expansion into the North American market.
  • Key Responsibilities Own the technical and solution-led side of the US sales process.
  • Partner with Account Executives to tailor and lead product demonstrations.
  • Build deep expertise in the Sona platform and become a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and refine US-specific technical sales assets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
  • Requirements Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or in a technical pre-sales role.
  • Background in scheduling, workforce management, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent products.
  • Experience in a startup or scaleup environment with a complex, modern product.
  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills.
