Support Sona's expansion into the North American market as a Solutions Engineer.
- •Sona is hiring its first US-based Solutions Engineer to support its expansion into the North American market.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical and solution-led side of the US sales process.
- •Partner with Account Executives to tailor and lead product demonstrations.
- •Build deep expertise in the Sona platform and become a trusted advisor.
- •Develop and refine US-specific technical sales assets.
- •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
- •Requirements Experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or in a technical pre-sales role.
- •Background in scheduling, workforce management, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent products.
- •Experience in a startup or scaleup environment with a complex, modern product.
- •Strong discovery and storytelling skills.
