• •About the Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Synthflow, you’ll be the bridge between our technology and our customers’ real-world success.
• •You’ll work hand-in-hand with enterprise clients after the sale to implement, customize, and optimize Synthflow’s AI phone agent solutions for their unique environments.
• •You’ll combine strong technical acumen with customer empathy
• •translating business challenges into scalable solutions and ensuring smooth deployment, adoption, and measurable impact.
• •This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll be both a builder and a strategic partner, helping customers realize the full value of Synthflow’s platform.
• •Your Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation of Synthflow’s AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers
