  • This role focuses on owning and growing relationships with strategic enterprise partners, leveraging AI tooling to scale coverage and insights.
  • Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end relationships with strategic enterprise partners, serving as their primary point of contact post-contract.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new partners, coordinating across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and execute on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion revenue.
  • Monitor account health, track adoption metrics, and use AI-assisted analysis to flag and resolve risks.
  • Represent the voice of the partner internally, bringing structured feedback to influence roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
  • Requirements 8+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or relationship management.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise clients in fintech, payments, SaaS, or a related technical environment.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, with concrete examples of how you use them to move faster, think sharper, or scale your coverage.
