Manager, Engineering

Lead and mentor the engineering team in developing and managing threat infrastructure products.

• •Menlo Security is looking for a talented engineering manager to join our UK Threat Infrastructure team.
• •You will manage employees located across several geolocations, and will contribute technical leadership to the team that extends and supports management tools for our world-class remote browser technology.
• •Key Responsibilities Guide and mentor the team in the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of our threat infrastructure products.
• •Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and debug complex issues.
• •Lead and mentor high performing software development teams.
• •Contribute to the architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring of our threat infrastructure products.
• •Attract top talent with diverse skills and manage team responsibilities such as performance reviews, talent assessment, onboarding, and training.
• •Requirements Deep understanding of backend development using Python, Node.js, and Go in a Linux environment.
• •Experience with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
• •Strong knowledge of modern development practices, including automated testing, build tools, and UI/UX principles.
