Lead the launch and scaling of voize's Senior Care product in France.

• •Lead the launch and scaling of voize's Senior Care product in France, building product-market fit and repeatable playbooks from zero.
• •Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery with French nurses and facilities to define MVP and pilots.
• •Drive EHR integrations and navigate technical constraints.
• •Define requirements, metrics, and iterate product releases rapidly.
• •Partner with GTM on pricing, positioning, and scale playbooks.
• •Requirements Several years in Product Management shipping SaaS or AI products.
• •Proven zero-to-one product experience launching complex products.
• •Experience with product launches in the French market and French language fluency (C2/native).
• •Strong user research, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
