IPA Operations Manager

Manage day-to-day IPA operations and build relationships with physician practices.

• •Akido is building delegated IPA/MSO infrastructure across Southern California, and this role sits at the center of that work.
• •Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day IPA operations
• •intake and routing of issues from health plans, providers, and patients, through to resolution Serve as the primary relationship holder for physician offices across the network, maintaining regular touchpoints and structured feedback loops Rebuild and deepen trust with independent physician practices by following through on commitments and connecting them to MSO and corporate resources Requirements 3–6+ years of experience in managed care, IPA, or MSO operations (preferred) Demonstrated track record building trust with independent physician practices (preferred) Familiarity with Medicare Advantage and value-based care structures, including capitation and delegated model mechanics (preferred)
