Senior Associate, Logistics

Manage logistics operations for the NL hub, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• •Hands-on logistics role based in Oude Meer supporting the NL hubs fulfilment engine, managing break-bulk of imports and orchestrating last-mile shipments worldwide with ownership of accuracy, speed and security.
• •Key Responsibilities Co-lead inbound & break-bulk: reconcile manifests, verify counts and stage orders.
• •Run fulfilment & dispatch: pick/pack, labelling, courier bookings and track shipments end-to-end.
• •Communicate proactively with CS, Supplier Support and regional teams on status and recoveries.
• •Co-own special streams like Express and Jewellery/Melee; create and follow SOPs.
• •Drive process improvements and support day-to-day hub organisation.
• •Requirements 5+ years logistics experience (any industry) Experience in stock control of high-value products Familiarity with couriers (FedEx, UPS, Brinks) and tracking systems High attention to detail, honesty and professionalism
