• •This role involves solving mission-critical customer problems, shaping product direction, and deploying AI capabilities.
• •As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will integrate Ciroos into complex enterprise environments and translate operational pain into product leverage.
• •Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize our AI SRE Teammate.
• •Proactively monitor customer deployments.
• •Recommend best practices to customers.
• •Serve as the customer’s technical advocate.
• •Train SRE, Ops, and Platform teams.
• •Requirements Customer obsessed with empathy for operational roles.
• •At least 4 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar.
• •Strong proficiency in at least one programming language.
