• •As a Senior Applied AI Engineer, you'll embed with enterprise customers to develop AI solutions that improve their operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Embed with enterprise customers to understand their business and workflows Define AI-driven solutions based on real business needs Build and deploy production-grade AI agents tailored to specific customer use cases Design and run evaluations to measure agent performance and iterate for improvement Become a domain expert in your customer's vertical and use that expertise to build better AI over time Requirements 5-6+ years of engineering experience with strong applied AI and backend depth Real-world experience building and shipping AI applications in production Strong understanding of agent architectures, evaluations, and AI performance improvement Comfort working directly with enterprise customers in ambiguous, high-stakes environments Strong systems thinking and high ownership mentality Strong communication skills and ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders
