About the role
TL;DR
Builds tools and AI workflows for go-to-market teams to showcase product capabilities.
- •As a Software Engineer on GTM Platform, you will build the tools, systems, and AI-powered workflows that help Ramp’s go-to-market teams show what is possible for prospective and existing customers.
- •You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own software end to end for Ramp’s Sales, Solutions, and customer-facing go-to-market teams.
- •Develop demo and sandbox infrastructure that lets teams showcase Ramp’s capabilities.
- •Build AI-powered internal workflows and agents that reduce manual work and accelerate deal cycles.
- •Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and core product engineering.
- •Make strong engineering tradeoffs between a one-off enablement need and a reusable platform investment.
- •Requirements 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
- •A track record of shipping high-quality products, internal tools, or platform capabilities with real users and measurable impact.
- •Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale.
- •Excellent collaboration skills and genuine empathy for internal users.
- •Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
