Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

Lead Operational Excellence team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with global stakeholders.

• •Lead the Operational Excellence team for Factor Canada, focusing on standard processes, tools, and equipment.
• •Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Lead the Factor Canada Operational Excellence team and manage continuous improvement programs.
• •Partner with global stakeholders to define and implement CAPEX initiatives.
• •Create an engaging work environment and promote a learning culture.
• •Develop communication and change management plans for project implementation.
• •Requirements 5+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain.
• •Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• •Strong understanding of OHS and Food Safety.
