Handle strategic accounts in the Public Sector, focusing on customer relationship management and contract negotiations.

  • Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Public Sector.
  • Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts and promote Alan health partner positioning Analyze and present consumption reports to customers through business reviews Renegotiate contracts to guarantee both great value for money to our customers and sustainable profitability Requirements At least 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role including frequent interactions with C-Levels Full working proficiency in French (excellent oral and written communication) At least advanced level in English Experienced in dealing with very large organizations and potentially with unions Tact and empathy that make great negotiators Expert in positive lobbying with key stakeholders and create long-term relationship based on trust and transparency Very analytical, very comfortable with presenting deep data analysis to clients and solving complex problems Great active listening skills and a master in the art of crafting the right follow-up message Growth mindset: able to adapt to new trends and to develop an in-depth understanding of the health insurance market Currently based in (or willing to relocate to) France
