Shape the product vision and design strategy for a new wildfire threat management product.

• •We are seeking an experienced product designer to be a founding design voice on Pano's second product, focusing on wildfire threat management for emergency managers and high-risk industries.
• •You will partner with product leadership to shape the product vision and translate complex needs into intuitive experiences.
• •Key Responsibilities Define user experience vision and design strategy for a new product.
• •Lead customer discovery through research and usability testing.
• •Translate complex operational needs into simple, intuitive product experiences.
• •Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.
• •Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in software product design, with enterprise software experience.
• •Strong portfolio showcasing problem framing and clarity.
• •Experience partnering with senior product leaders to shape strategy.
