- •Cogent seeks a Growth Lead to build and operate account intelligence, intent layers, and orchestration across digital and field plays to drive pipeline and conversions.
- •Key Responsibilities Define ICP and turn signals into targetable audiences and account scoring Design and run cross-channel plays combining digital, paid, and field tactics Execute lifecycle automation and targeted campaigns in HubSpot/CRM Operate multi-agent AI systems and feed reporting into models Use events as execution surfaces and manage vendor/partner coordination Requirements Creative and analytical growth experience, ideally B2B or PLG Deep HubSpot or CRM lifecycle automation expertise Comfortable across paid, organic, lifecycle, content, and field Quantitative rigor: conversion models, attribution, experiment design Experience with AI-native workflows and multi-agent systems
