Logistics Strategy Manager

Develop strategic logistics partnerships and frameworks.

• •Develop and execute strategic logistics partnerships and frameworks to support Saronic's global operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop strategic logistics partnerships across all transportation modes.
• •Lead customs brokerage and trade compliance strategy.
• •Build and maintain KPI dashboards for logistics performance.
• •Evaluate and integrate a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• •Partner with mission support to optimize outbound logistics workflows.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• •Deep experience across all modes of domestic and international transportation.
• •Experience with defense trade compliance regulations including ITAR, DFARS, and EAR.
• •Strong background in supplier performance management, contract negotiations, and logistics contracting. 3-5+ years of experience leading and developing a team.
