Lead design and delivery of scalable data products and AI automation solutions.

• •Lead design and delivery of scalable data products and AI automation solutions for HackerOne's Enterprise Data & AI team, enabling AI-first workflows and automation of routine tasks.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable, secure data products and AI automation solutions end-to-end.
• •Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure for AI systems.
• •Lead AI-first initiatives and apply first-principles problem solving.
• •Collaborate across teams to drive adoption of AI tooling and infrastructure.
• •Requirements Experience with building data pipelines and AI/ML systems.
• •Strong software engineering skills, likely including Python and SQL.
• •Experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• •Ability to design scalable, secure data infrastructure.
