- •Key Responsibilities Conduct on-the-floor and cross-training using approved materials Evaluate trainee performance and recommend actions Ensure training documentation is completed Act as point-of-contact for new hires and provide peer coaching Requirements HS diploma or equivalent desirable Experience training peers or groups desirable Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work overtime/weekends
