About the role
Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads in the Indonesia market.
- •As an Experienced SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in fueling our growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
- •Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a smooth transition to AEs.
- •Account Research & Targeting: Research target accounts (typically companies with 200–1,000 employees) and identify key decision-makers.
- •Multi-Channel Outreach: Leverage tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- •Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to strategize on outreach and account penetration.
- •Track & Optimize Performance: Maintain detailed records in CRM, track outreach performance, and optimize tactics to improve conversion rates.
- •Requirements 5+ years of SDR or sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
- •Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- •Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia (bilingual required).
