• •Apex Space is seeking a Manager, Global Supply Management to lead a team responsible for direct material sourcing across spacecraft production.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Global Supply Managers across key commodities.
• •Set team goals and drive accountability for cost, quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
• •Own sourcing strategy across critical spacecraft components, including cost reduction and supplier selection.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
• •Strong leadership fundamentals and proven ability to delegate effectively.
• •Proven track record of cost reduction, supplier negotiations, and on-time delivery performance.
• •Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
