• •Lead Applied Data Engineering on the DataOne team to design and build scalable source-of-truth data marts and data products that power HackerOne's analytics and AI initiatives.
• •Key Responsibilities Own discovery, architecture, and development of data marts and data products.
• •Lead and mentor a team of data engineers within a distributed organization.
• •Collaborate across squads to deliver high-performance, scalable data solutions.
• •Drive adoption of data platform tools and best practices.
• •Requirements Hands-on experience with Python and modern data stack tools (Airflow, Snowflake, dbt).
• •Proven people management or engineering management experience.
• •Experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data products.
• •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a remote/distributed environment.
