• •Leland is seeking three high-agency Growth Manager Interns to own and grow critical business lines.
• •This is a hands-on role where you will own a number, build the strategy to move it, and execute relentlessly, leveraging AI tools.
• •Key Responsibilities Own a specific business line and drive meaningful, measurable growth.
• •Build AI-powered automations and workflows to increase efficiency.
• •Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly based on learnings.
• •Engage in detailed work, including writing copy, cold outreach, and data analysis.
• •Requirements Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program.
• •AI-native operator who actively creates automations and uses AI tools.
• •Available to work 20+ hours per week, with 2+ days in-person in the Lehi office.
• •No conflicting summer internships; potential for continuation through the summer.
