Lead the design and evolution of an enterprise data platform on AWS.
- •Coates Group is seeking a Tech Lead for Data Engineering to design, build, and lead the evolution of their next-generation enterprise data platform on AWS.
- •This role will establish scalable and secure foundations for data integration, governance, transformation, and consumption.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect and evolve a scalable, cost-efficient AWS data platform.
- •Design and implement reliable, production-grade data pipelines and processing frameworks.
- •Define enterprise standards for data architecture, modeling, observability, and performance.
- •Provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural direction.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in data engineering with strong expertise in scalable system and platform design.
- •Proven experience building, modernizing, or significantly evolving enterprise data platforms.
- •Deep hands-on experience within the AWS data ecosystem (S3, Glue, Spark, Athena, Redshift).
- •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- •Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment practices.
