Field Engineer

Deploy and optimize Florence’s Trial Operations Platform for clinical research sites.

• •The Field Engineer will help bring Florence’s Trial Operations Platform to life across clinical research sites, sponsors, and CROs.
• •Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers to deploy, configure, and optimize the Florence platform.
• •Own end-to-end integrations from discovery and requirements gathering through deployment, training, and ongoing support.
• •Develop and troubleshoot API-based integrations, data pipelines, and system interoperability workflows.
• •Requirements Strong technical background (software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar).
• •Comfortable writing and debugging production code in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• •Experience building or maintaining integrations and middleware between systems.
