• •12-week full-time Growth Product Manager intern focused on exploring generative AI/LLM features to improve customer engagement and retention at Acorns.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and test prompt engineering frameworks for generative AI features like "Ask Acorns".
• •Research customer interaction models and LLM handoffs to downstream features.
• •Evaluate AI ecosystem opportunities (plugin marketplaces, ChatGPT store) for growth.
• •Partner with Marketing on Generative Engine Optimization and ingestion frameworks.
• •Analyze metrics and feedback from experiments to iterate on growth initiatives.
• •Requirements Junior standing or Master's in CS, Data Science, Business Analytics, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• •Available full-time for 12 weeks starting June/July 2026.
• •Foundational understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• •Strong analytical skills and ability to structure A/B tests.
