• •This role involves understanding complex physical operations and translating them into functional workflows on the PackageX platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Discover and map customer operational workflows.
• •Design and configure solutions on the PackageX platform.
• •Support pre-sales solution design and technical implementation.
• •Act as a technical point of contact for customers through go-live.
• •Troubleshoot configuration and workflow issues.
• •Requirements 5-8+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise implementation, or workflow design.
• •Experience configuring or implementing enterprise software platforms.
• •Strong understanding of operational workflows and systems.
