TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer to build and own full-stack impact for international expansion.
- •As a Senior Software Engineer on the International Expansion team, you will own the full stack of impact, from user-facing experiences to internal tools and platform capabilities.
- •This role is at the intersection of product engineering, platform infrastructure, and operations, requiring close collaboration with Growth, Product, Operations, and ML teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own core experiences across the fellow platform, including onboarding and project opportunities.
- •Architect internal tools and automations to improve operational throughput, accuracy, and visibility.
- •Partner closely with Growth, Operations, Product, and ML to translate business processes into technical solutions.
- •Lead projects end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and iteration.
- •Drive architectural improvements and balance speed with quality in engineering decisions.
- •Requirements 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of owning production systems end-to-end.
- •Experience leading technical projects involving multiple contributors.
- •Strong proactive communication and stakeholder management skills with high empathy/EQ.
- •Excellent engineering judgment and systems thinking for designing scalable architectures.
- •Experience building internal tools, workflow systems, or automation for operations-heavy teams.
