- •Matillion is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to integrate quality checks throughout their development cycle, ensuring efficient, controlled, and high-quality service delivery.
- •This role contributes to the overall quality journey within Engineering.
- •Key Responsibilities Test software products, ensuring quality throughout the development process.
- •Maintain and improve existing quality frameworks, promoting a shift-left approach to testing.
- •Utilize tools for automation, security, accessibility, and performance testing.
- •Drive quality focus within cross-functional teams, keeping customer needs in mind.
- •Identify and improve areas in the overall quality journey and mentor team members.
- •Requirements Proficiency in end-to-end testing of SaaS applications using various testing approaches.
- •Experience developing and maintaining test automation tools with coding skills in Java/JavaScript.
- •Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle using CI/CD and agile methodologies.
- •Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure) and good knowledge of databases and SQL.
- •Collaborative team player with a QA mindset, committed to continuous learning.
