• •Hands-on Operations Manager supporting international expansion, post-merger integrations, organisational scaling, and operational improvements across Legora.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Growth, Finance, People, and Engineering Own high-impact projects like market initiatives and organisational changes Translate priorities into execution plans with scope, milestones, and success metrics Design, document, and improve processes and playbooks to enable scale Support leadership with structured problem-solving and decision-oriented communication Requirements Typically 6+ years in operations, consulting, business management, or startups Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end Experience working closely with senior leaders or founders Comfort with ambiguity and building solutions in dynamic environments Strong written and verbal English communication and outcome-focused mindset
