Senior Product Manager / Lead (Builders)

Lead product strategy for AI workforce infrastructure, defining roadmap and driving growth.

• •We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead to define the strategic direction for our Builders platform, the core infrastructure for all Relevance AI agents and workflows.
• •You will be responsible for determining what to build, its business impact, and how it drives growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the platform vision and multi-quarter roadmap, including build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for the integrations ecosystem.
• •Define the integrations strategy to build a strong ecosystem moat through deep functionality and partner leverage.
• •Drive enterprise-grade reliability by setting SLAs and defining uptime targets in partnership with engineering.
• •Shape the analytics and observability vision to surface ROI and drive expansion revenue.
• •Own the no-code builder experience to ensure accessibility and reduce friction for non-technical buyers.
• •Requirements 6+ years of experience in product, strategy, or operations, with a strong preference for Big 3 consulting or SaaS backgrounds.
• •Exceptional strategic thinking and a passion for AI, with a sharp POV on market trends and product bets.
• •Commercially sharp and market-aware, with a focus on positioning, differentiation, and competitive landscape.
