- •This is a remote staffing agency position for a Junior Account Manager assigned to Marqeta.
- •Key Responsibilities Supporting the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accounts.
- •Managing the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders, incorporating revisions, and ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off prior to distribution.
- •Creating monthly customer-centric content to keep the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the Revenue & Go To Market team.
- •Requirements Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- •Ideally demonstrate experience working in Operations or Account Management.
- •Experience documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programs.
- •Experience delivering polished, error-free work.
- •Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email).
- •Experience prioritizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously.
