• •Key Responsibilities Become a subject matter expert on Lyra’s pricing model and all variables that influence win rate in the Employer Solution market Translate complex pricing models into simple, sellable structures, partnering with Product Marketing Develop quotes and proposal documents for prospects in partnership with the Sales and Customer Success team Requirements Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines 2+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, consulting, finance, business operations, or similar Experience with forecasting, data analysis, and developing financial models to support business decisions, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
