• •Key Responsibilities Manage a team of 14 platform engineers Own the Platform Engineering roadmap execution across three distinct platform verticals Work hand-in-hand with a Technical Product Manager Ensure deployment artifacts meet quality, security, and usability standards Stay close enough to the work to earn engineers' trust and guide key architectural decisions Requirements Run 1:1s, set goals, lead performance cycles Build a culture of ownership & technical excellence Own the platform roadmap across all three verticals Represent Platform Engineering in cross-functional leadership forums Ensure deployment artifacts meet quality, security, and usability standards
