- •This role will support management, employee relations, and performance management, and be involved in recruitment.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- •Advise, coach, and guide employees and managers.
- •Support the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding and development.
- •Collaborate with managers on recruiting strategies and contract negotiations.
- •Requirements 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience in a high-tech company.
- •Experience advising and coaching managers and employees.
- •Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, including R&D positions.
- •Ability to influence and advise business leadership.
- •Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
