- •Wing is looking for a Permitting Associate to join our Global Site Launch team based in Remotely in the US.
- •The role will assist in the coordination of our internal, external, and city relationships related to site permitting.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the development of permit submission discovery ensuring comprehensive permit applications Actively participate in regulatory processes, staying informed on market changes and regulatory developments that may impact projects With internal and 3rd party vendors, coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and status of all permits, ensuring alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholders from project inception to permit approval Requirements 3+ years of experience in obtaining construction and code based site permits from municipalities (AHJs) Intermediate knowledge of permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent follow-up and time management abilities to minimize turnaround time
