- •We are looking for a Responsable Adjoint(e)
- •Sales to support daily operations, performance management, and client portfolio oversight within the Private Landlords division.
- •This role combines commercial and coaching responsibilities to drive team success and process improvement.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead stand-ups and synchronization meetings.
- •Monitor individual and team KPIs, analyze gaps, and raise alerts.
- •Support the onboarding and guidance of new employees.
- •Manage a dedicated client portfolio and ensure operational follow-up.
- •Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Relations, or Operational Management.
- •Fluent in French.
- •Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- •Strong interpersonal skills and natural leadership.
- •Results-driven with a strong customer satisfaction focus.
