Develop and maintain backend components for the Shelf platform.

• •Pattern is hiring a back-end focused, Senior Software Engineer for their cross-dock WMS team.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain foundational components of the "Shelf" platform.
• •Work with teams to understand and build solutions for new projects.
• •Dedicate time to "hardening" the software, fixing root causes of recurring issues.
• •Tackle a wide range of backend challenges to maintain and improve system scalability and stability.
• •Requirements 3+ years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• •Strong proficiency in a modern backend language like Ruby, Node.js, Java, Python, or Go.
• •SQL expertise with experience in databases like PostgreSQL.
• •Experience working in AWS.
