• •Acorns is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Sr.
• •Specialist to partner with internal stakeholders and manage end-to-end procurement activities.
• •Reporting to the Director of Sourcing & Procurement, you’ll drive strategy, negotiation, vendor management, contract reviews, and proposal analysis—primarily in Software, with additional exposure to Marketing, Services, and Infrastructure.
• •Key Responsibilities Build expertise in Acorns’ vendors, tools, systems, and procurement processes Streamline vendor onboarding/offboarding, maintain the vendor master list, and manage contract archives Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, renewals, and termination notices to ensure timely execution Requirements BS/BA in Business or related field 4+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, finance, consulting, technology, business development, partnerships, sales, or a related field Strong vendor management skills, including performance evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement policy execution
