- •The Business Development Manager will drive Lyra's growth in India and regional markets focusing on EAP, wellbeing services, and L&D initiatives, supporting client acquisition, retention, and strategic partnerships.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategy; build and manage pipeline and CRM forecasting.
- •Establish channel partnerships and strategic alliances (brokers, partners, embassies).
- •Manage corporate client portfolio and deliver reports demonstrating ROI.
- •Promote L&D workshops and run awareness campaigns and events.
- •Collaborate with international teams to support global accounts and market rollouts.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; Master's preferred. 5+ years in business development, sales, or client relationship management (EAP/wellbeing preferred).
- •Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and marketing campaigns.
- •Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
