- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all project aspects from initiation to completion.

- •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- •Proactively address challenges to maintain project momentum.
- •Identify potential risks and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- •Requirements Proven work experience of more than 10 years in the aerospace industry or related industries.
- •Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
