• •The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own and scale BVNK's sales enablement function, ensuring the commercial team has the clarity, confidence, and tools to win deals consistently.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and own BVNK’s end-to-end product education system across sales, solutions, and customer teams Build structured learning journeys across core product areas Develop scalable enablement assets: playbooks, capability matrices, demo frameworks, FAQs, and use case libraries Run ongoing enablement sessions and embed continuous learning loops Measure and improve sales confidence, product understanding, and time-to-productivity Requirements Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto/stablecoin infrastructure A track record of building sales enablement programmes and systems, not just content Strong understanding of competitive positioning and market intelligence frameworks Experience implementing automation and AI tooling in marketing or sales workflows Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing
