Sr. Director, Consultant Relations

Lead and manage the Consultant Relations team to build and strengthen relationships with consulting firms.

• •The Senior Director, Consultant Relations will lead a team responsible for building relationships with employer benefits consulting firms and driving preference for Included Health's products and services.
• •Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership to the Consultant Relations team.
• •Lead cross-functional alignment and collaboration with various teams.
• •Define and lead the overall consultant strategy across national and regional consulting firms.
• •Requirements 15+ years' experience in healthcare industry preferably in customer-facing roles.
• •Solid national relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and specialty practice teams at the key consulting firms.
• •Deep understanding of market expectations in the product categories we compete.
